Pattern created by Jenny Barlow, the Sanderson Star is a very traditional pattern and was generally made in the north-east of England in the 1930s.

Full Description

The finished quilt will be 50" x 50" (127 cm x 127cm) and consists of an eight pointed one-piece star, with star point inserts, white infill and alternate borders of blue and white. 

Presented in a 14-page, plastic bound, A4 booklet, the pattern sheets come with full instructions from the designer. 

The quilting patterns are simple and effective with leaves, scrolls and roses forming the basis, and with the borders showing alternate repeated patterns.
