They can be used to cut Perspex, all composites, woods, ceramics, stone, piano wire and vacuumed formed mouldings. Recommended by EAA workshops for cutting aircraft canopies.

Full Description

Both discs can be used at a running speed or 5,000-20,000 RPM. Use at 10,000 RPM and slower for cutting perspex, Plexiglass, Lexan etc. They will not chip or crack material. 


19 mm cutting disc:

Width of cut: 1.8mm. Centre hole: 3mm.

Diameter: 3.1mm; arbor: 1/8". 


32 mm cutting disc:

Width of cut: 1.8mm. Centre hole: 3mm.

Diameter: 3.1mm (1/8").
