A Mike Collyer designed locomotive lifting & transporting trolley to permit ease of handling of a heavy 3-1/2 & 5in. gauge locomotive by one person. Two position support allows movement of the locomotive without fear of tipping, raising the engine to a convenient height for servicing or during building, and with the addition of a simple bridging piece allowing loading and offloading onto car or trailer to be accomplished easily and without fuss.
