Curtiss P-40E Kittyhawk (65.25")

The Curtiss P-40 Warhawk first flew in 1938 and was an American single-engined, single-seat, all-metal fighter and ground-attack aircraft. The P-40 design was a modification of the previous Curtiss P-36 Hawk, and saw continuous frontline action throughout WWII, though not the best fighter it was the most numerous type available, easy to build and maintain and crucially in large-scale production at a critical of period when fighter planes were needed in large numbers. This well detailed, 1,657 mm (65.26”) span WWII fighter is suitable for .60 2-strokes and 4 or 5-function R/C. Construction from all wood with moulded canopy and cowl available, and plan features working flap detail. Not for beginners.
