Full Description
In 1937 Andrew Dalrymple and Alexander Ward formed an enterprise to design and build a small single-seat racing aircraft. Their aim was to make a simple, easy to manufacture aircraft that was inexpensive to buy, operate and maintain, yet had the performance to appeal to sports flyers. The result was the Chilton DW 1 - a fully aerobatic single-seater that could reach 112 mph and cruise at 100 mph, all on a 32 hp engine with excellent fuel economy. Each CD features a multi selection of high-quality close-up detailed photographs to help you with your latest building project.
