The Bücker Jüngmeister was designed from the outset as a civilian high performance advanced training and competition aerobatic machine. When Adolf Hitler came to power in Germany in 1932, state sponsored sport aviation such as gliding and aerobatics provided the perfect cover for training the future Luftwaffe, and the Jüngmeister gave pilots valuable experience of flying high performance aircraft.
